Registration now open for a variety of webinars and discussions

LOUISVILLE — On the heels of last week’s Matthew 25 Summit, Matthew 25 Being Connected events are being offered online in the coming weeks to help Presbyterians learn from and support one another as they do the work laid out in Jesus’ Judgment of the Nations in Matthew 25:31-46.
Registration is now available for each of these online events. All times are Eastern.
February events
Conversations on eradicating systemic poverty will be held at 11 a.m. Feb. 1, 8, 15 and 22. Click here to register to join ministry leaders for support and to share ideas, dreams, challenges and resources.
Presbyterians will gather online to study Matthew Desmond’s acclaimed book, “Poverty, by America” Feb. 5, 12, 19 and 26 beginning at 7:30 p.m. Register here.
Conversations on Vital Congregations will be offered at 3 p.m. Feb. 7 and Feb. 21 and will continue during the coming months. Click here to register for workshops designed to offer ministry leaders support, explore with them the 7 Marks of Vital Congregations and share questions, ideas, challenges and resources.
Another set of conversations will focus on the intersectional priorities of climate change, gender justice and heteropatriarchy, and militarism. The first conversation is set for 2 p.m. on Feb. 20, with future dates to be determined by the group. Register here.
March events
The director of the Center for the Repair of Historic Harms, the Rev. Jermaine Ross-Allam, and Dr. Corey Schlosser-Hall, deputy executive for Vision and Innovation in the Presbyterian Mission Agency, will lead “Imagining a Future Beyond Systemic Poverty and Structural Racism” at 7 p.m. on March 18. Register here. The conversation is designed to catalyze solutions-focused imagination, attitudes, planning and actions.
Conversations on eradicating systemic poverty (March 7, 21 and 28) and Vital Congregations (March 6 and 20) continue.
April events
