Thai Presbyterians gather

The Thai Presbyterian Assembly gathered earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nevada, for its 28th annual conference.

One of the churches I visit every few years is Grace Taiwanese American Presbyterian Church outside of Trenton, New Jersey. I was briefly its youth director during seminary, and it was part of my call to ministry in Taiwan.

Celebrating the gifts of new immigrants

Whole wheat bread, tortillas and Korean sweet rice cake served as emblems for the body of Christ during Wednesday’s Chapel service, “Celebrating the Gifts of New Immigrants,” at the Presbyterian Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
