LOUISVILLE — While pigs may not have been among the first of God’s creatures to welcome the Christ child, they still play an important role in this season of giving.

That’s because the Presbyterian Giving Catalog — in calling attention to the importance of piglets toward creating a sustainable source of income for families in need all across the world — is offering a special thank-you gift to all #GivingTuesday piglet donors.

#GivingTuesday, a global day of giving which falls this year on Nov. 28, is a day when Presbyterians are once again invited to be radically generous on behalf of a world in need.
