LOUISVILLE – “God’s Big Plan,” a new board book by noted Christian educator Elizabeth F. Caldwell and Old Testament scholar Theodore Hiebert, is now available.
Ideal for children ages 0-3, the board book helps introduce readers to the wonderful diversity of our world. It is adapted from Caldwell and Hiebert’s 2019 picture book “God’s Big Plan” with illustrator Katie Yamasaki, which was a Junior Library Guild selection. The board book features bright, ethnically diverse artwork by Yamasaki and it is available for purchase wherever books are sold.
Kirkus Reviews called the picture book edition of “God’s Big Plan,” “a provocative vehicle for introducing ideas of diversity to young readers.”
