Facebook Live video, ‘Labor and Religion — Building Durable Coalitions for Worker Justice,’ now available

Broadcast is fourth in series of monthly, multifaith conversations

LOUISVILLE – In its commitment to provide a variety of opportunities and platforms designed to build and foster relationships with people of other religious traditions, the Presbyterian Mission Agency’s office of Interfaith Relations is continuing its new Facebook Live series, “Third Thursdays — Multifaith Conversations on Concerns of Our Time.”

On Thursday, May 18, at 11:00 a.m. EDT on the PC(USA)’s Facebook page, ruling elder Rick Ufford-Chase, the Presbyterian Mission Agency’s associate for interfaith formation and co- director, with his wife Kitty, of the PC(USA)’s Stony Point Center, welcomed as his dialogue partner Rabbi Michael Feinberg, executive director of the Greater New York Labor-Religion Coalition, for a conversation about the work of building interfaith coalitions to support workers.

The video is available for viewing on the PC(USA)’s Facebook page under the “Videos” section pinned to the top of the page as well as on Vimeo, where video playbacks of previous broadcasts are available.

The next broadcast in the “Third Thursdays” series will be live on Facebook at noon EDT June 15.
