Westminster Presbyterian Church’s plans include flexible worship and assembly space, other enhancements for the neighbors
Members and friends of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Southwest District of Columbia has been exploring how they can best use their property for the community.
Like many other churches, their neighborhood is full of people in need. By using their underutilized property to address those needs, Westminster is providing not only affordable housing but community space for entrepreneurs and artists.
The new flexible worship and assembly space will be larger than their current space and occupy the first level. Learn more about this community-serving congregation in this second of a two-part series.
