From Massanetta Springs to Montreat to Mo-Ranch to Montgomery Center—and just last month to the campus of Purdue University for a “little,” 4,700-strong youth event called Triennium—young people from all across the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) have traveled faithfully and far this summer. They have taken planes, trains, buses, and automobiles. They have camped and conferenced. They have been leaders, and they have been led. They have impacted God’s world and have themselves been transformed through diverse mission experiences locally, nationally, and globally. 
The Executive Committee of the Presbyterian Mission Agency Board (PMAB) of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), meeting for its annual retreat at Fourth Presbyterian Church, Chicago, Illinois, July 27-29, took action on the mission and ministry of the Ghost Ranch Education & Retreat Center in Abiquiu, New Mexico. 
The Executive Committee of the Presbyterian Mission Agency Board (PMAB) is recommending that the Board suspend its search for a new Presbyterian Mission Agency (PMA) executive director. Acting on a suggestion by the Executive Director Search Committee, the Executive Committee—meeting in Chicago for its annual retreat—recommended naming a new search committee next spring.

Luis Fernando Sanmiguel has worked closely with government leaders and opposing rebel forces to bring a lasting peace to his country. 
The way Mark Roberson sees it, it was Roswell Presbyterian Church’s turn to plant a church. Roberson, a ruling elder for over 50 years—18 of those at Roswell—knew more than just a little about church planting. He’d worked with the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta’s New Church Development Commission (NCDC), and in 2011 he just knew it was Roswell’s time.
Deteriorating conditions in the South Sudanese capital city of Juba have left thousands of people in desperate need of food, shelter and health services. Fighting broke out between rival factions on July 8 and while a ceasefire is currently in place, the humanitarian needs have escalated.
