2 large tomatoes or more
\n2 tsp fresh lime juice
\n2 Tbspns minced red bell pepper
\n1\/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
\n1\/4 cup olive oil
\n1 tsp minced ginger
\n1-1\/2 tsp minced garlic
\n1 tsp minced serrano pepper
\n1\/4cup soy sauce or 1-1\/2 tsp sea salt<\/p>\n

Optional:
\n1\/4 cup sundried tomatoes
\n1\/2 tsp cumin<\/p>\n

* Blend all in blender & enjoy with celery or chips<\/p>\n
