Last week I saw Michael Pollan on Oprah Winfrey talking about local, sustainable food. He was explaining the health benefits of avoiding processed foods and buying produce at your local farmers market. And this was on one of the highest rated talk shows of all time.
Not that that legitimizes the movement. The good food revolution needs no legitimization. The mainstream media has just picked up on what we already know: the movement is alive and growing. Take a look at your own community, and you’ll see it’s real.
