SUMMARY:Immigrant Community Forum Webinar
DESCRIPTION:This is a 2-hour Zoom discussion\, created in collaboration with Presbyterian Committee on Self Development of People www.pcusa.org/sdop  and Louisville Metro Office for Immigrant Affairs https://louisvilleky.gov/government/office-immigrant-affairs. The event is for local community partners\, volunteers\, organizations\, faith-based entities\, and anyone interested in the work of engaging with others on issues of community organizing\, social change\, community cooperatives\, faith-based partnerships and how to further this work especially in the context of immigrant communities. \nOur purpose is to create an awareness around the intersectionality of the above issues\, learn from each other and share best practices. We also want to share perspectives and lessons learned on each of the above topics from a local and national level that participants can apply to their specific local context. \nClick here to register. \n
